Add another cup (4 cups bread flour total) and mix gently in. You may need more flour; I didn't this particular morning. You will knead the bread and use more flour then; keep that in mind

Now roll up as tightly as possible, the dough. Rectangle shaped; you'll want to roll long side to long side.

I cut mine about a half finger size thickness

Place cut rolls on a lined baking sheet. You don't want them touching..they bake up and will need that room to properly bake fully.

Now for the frostings :) my kids and I prefer caramel frosting but my sister prefers cream cheese. So I made both  Cream ch frosting: in mixer, add 4 oz soft cream cheese and 4 TB soft butter

Add a spoonful of marshmallow cream (mine is homemade) and beat this for another min or so. Ready set frost!

For the caramel glaze frosting: in a small cooker add 4 TB butter, 1/4 c brown sugar and 1/4 c DARK brown sugar. Let this come to a gentle boil over low heat
