Preheat the oven to 175 degrees celsius.
Put all the ingredients (except candy canes) in a mixer.
Mix for 2-3 minutes
Spoon batter evenly into the cups.
Repeat with all cups.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, put candy canes into a bowl and smash them with a spoon.
I am using premise store bought Christmas decorations.
Let the cupcakes cool once they are out of the oven for 30 minutes.
Place icing on the top of the cupcake with some decorations.

- 225.0g butter (softened)
- 225.0g caster sugar
- 225.0g self-raising flour
- 4.0 eggs
- 1.0tsp vanilla essence
- 1.0 tub of pre made vanilla icing
- 1.0 box of candy canes
