Fresh Steak. On plate.
Place in freezer. Check every ten minutes until it is very very firm.
Place steak on chopping block.
Slice very thinly. Then move to a large bowl.
Season.
Mix in bowl. Try and separate all the slices.
Pan fry with a touch of olive oil.
Place back on block.
Chop with a large chefs knife using a rocking motion. Until desired size.
