Quick pic of supplies 🙈

First start with lining your baking tray with grease proof paper.

Break up your bars of chocolate (i chose milk) & put them into a bowl. Place over a pan of boiling hot water, making sure the bowl does not touch the water. Stir with a wooden spoon until melted 😊

Add your 50g of butter and keep stirring until melted and smooth, keep the heat on simmer.

Add your marshmallows & biscuits (& dried fruit if you like) and stir. If you like your marshmallows a bit gooier then let them melt a bit first before adding the biscuit pieces.

Pour the mixture into the tray to set. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours ⏰

Slice up and enjoy! 😍
