How to make chocolate strawberries

Wash and clean the strawberries thoroughly. Keep the leaves on and remove all the dirt.

Break the milk and white chocolate into small pieces in separate bowls. Chop them Incase they are big slabs.

Melt the white and milk chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler. Be careful to check every 30 seconds if using the microwave.

Take a foil paper rectangle and place on the plank. Dip strawberries in chocolate and place them on the foil. I poured extra chocolate over strawberries. You can even coat it twice for a thicker coat

Take a spoon and dip it in the white chocolate. In a zig zag motion pour this white chocolate from a height onto the strawberries to create the above pattern. Next time Ill make a video and put it up

Once the chocolate has solidified, gently remove from the foil. Break the extra chocolate edges off for better aesthetics.
