You may use agave or honey instead of maple syrup and regular cocoa powder instead of raw cacao. I chose raw cacao for its incredible benefits. It's a superfood!
The pudding is best made using a food processor. I made mine using a nutribullet. You may also use a vitamix.
Add all of your ingredients and blend until smooth!
If you're using a nutribullet like me, you'll have to stop it and shake it a few times in between bending. It's very thick and won't blend smoothly if you don't do this.
- 1.0 Super ripe avocado
- 1/4c Raw cacao powder
- 1/4c Maple syrup
- 1/4c Almond milk
- 1.0tsp Vanilla extract
