First chop your chocolate.
Start melting it over hot water
No lumps. If it looks like this then take it of the hot water and let it sit.
Take your egg yolk and mix it with the sugar.
If it looks like this, very thick, then it is done.
Now take your egg white and 1 tbsp. Sugar. And mix.
If you can hold the toast over your head and the egg white doesn't fall out, then it means they are mixed enough.
Take the melted chocolate and mix it with the egg yolk.
Take 1/3 of the egg whites and mix.
Looks like this.
Now put the mixture into the rest of the egg whites and take a spoon and mix very slowly

Put it into some glasses and it is done.
