How to make chocolate mice

Get your supplies together (don't forget to double tap photos to see the full picture)

Unwrap all your kisses

Melt your chocolate

Cover your cherries as best you can in the melted chocolate

Place it down with the cherry stem (tail) to the side

Gently push a kiss on the from and push two ear shaped almonds between them. If you need to, dip the almond slice in chocolate then add it.

Get your sprinkles and pastry gel ready

Make little eyes using the gel

Almost done

Use a toothpick with a SMALL amount of gel on the end to pick up a sprinkle and place it where you want the nose to be.

Voila!
