Preheat the oven to 176C (or 350F)
Lightly butter and flour ramekins
Stir in 2/3 cups sugar
Beat in 4 eggs
Stir in 1 and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Stir in 2 cups flour
Resist the urge to eat the entire bowl
Fill ramekins about halfway with batter
Press in 1 marshmallow per ramekin
Pour some of the batter on top, just covering the marshmallow and put in oven for 14 minutes
In a separate bowl, microwave 1 cup chocolate chips and 1/3 cup butter
Mix together
Put in fridge for 15-20 minutes (to thicken)
Take out cupcakes and cool for 15 minutes
Reapply ONLY the flour (not butter) and repeat from step 9
Take out frosting and beat it for half a minute, then apply to each cupcake however much you desire
Sprinkle on powdered sugar & enjoy thoroughly
