Double cream, avocado, cacao, and agave syryp
Put avocado, cacao and agave syrup and mix with a hand blender until smooth
Add Vanilla extract... Salt cardamom and chili are optional. But to try.. Interesting
Add 3-4 spoons of vodka. To loosen the mixture.
Whip the cream and fold in the chocolate mixture.
The raspberry sauce is bought but one can easily make it at home. In a food bender reduce raspberries to a thick sauce then strain.. Ready
- 60.0g Cacao
- 130.0g Agave syrup
- 225.0g Avocado 1 ripe
- 250.0ml Double cream
- 1/4tsp Salt
- 1/2tsp Vanilla extract
- 3.0 Cardommom(optional)
- 1.0 Pepperoncini(optional)
