In a small pot melt the butter
Add the water too..
Cocoa, salt and espresso powder
Mix until melted. Remove from stove. Set aside.
It should look uniform.
In a mixing bowl, mix flour, baking soda and sugar.
Add half the mixture to the dry ingredients.
Mixture will be thick.
Add the rest of the liquid. Mix well.
Add one egg @ a time..
Mix yogurt and vanilla into the mix.
Place in a prepared pan. (I use baker's spray to coat the pan before).
Bake for 45 min @ 350 or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let sit in pan for 10 min and invert onto a plate.
Enjoy with a cold glass of milk!
- 2.0 Sticks unsalted butter
- 1/3c Dark cocoa
- 1.0tsp Ground pure coffee
- 1.0tsp Kosher salt
- 1.0c Water
- 2.0c Flour
- 3/4c Sugar
- 2.0 Eggs
- 2.0tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2c Vanilla fat free Greek yogurt
- 1/2tsp Baking soda
