Make Chocolate-Drizzled Coconut Macaroons

INGREDIENTS
Whisk together: eggs, vanilla, salt and sugar for two minutes.
Then add the flour and coconut and mix
The dough should be soft.
Preheat the oven to 380 F n arrange the rack in the middle. Use either oiled aluminum foil or parchment paper. It should give u 7 even pieces, circled shape or any shape you want. Should be 2in apart.
Bake for 15 minutes or till the cookies are light golden brown around the edges.
For a golden surface you can turn on the broil for a minute or less.
After baking let the sit for 2 minutes to cool down a lil bit
Melt chocolate in microwave, dip the bottom of each macaroon and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
After that dip a fork into the chocolate and drizzle it over the macaroons, and refrigerate them for another 10-15 minutes.
Eat them fresh or store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Got the recipe from online, it was my first try and it turns out pretty good. ^^

- 1/4c Sugar
- 1.0 Egg
- 1.0 Egg white
- 1.0tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2tsp Fine or kosher salt
- 1/2c Unsweetened shredded coconut
- 3.0 Hershey bar
- 2.0Tbsp All purpose Flour
