Gather ingredients.
Melt vanilla coating per package directions. Stir in chocolate morsels until chips are melted. Mixture will be shiny and smooth when blended.
Next, stir in entire can of redskin Spanish peanuts. No other peanuts will do! Mix together until well blended.
Drop onto wax paper to cool. Transfer to airtight container when completely cool. Store in fridge, if they last that long!
