INGREDIENTS
Crush up Oreos in a bag
2 table spoons of butter..Make your butter soft, I put it in the microwave for 20 seconds
Add the 1/4 cup of brown sugar in a large mixing bowl
Add the 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon to the large bowl
Add 2 tablespoons of butter
Add 2cups of the Oreo to the bowl
Mix all the ingredients together and get your pan ready, we are about to cook the crust!
Firmly press mixture evenly into bottom of pan preheat over to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) bake for 5 mins. Then set it aside
Put 2 pounds of cream cheese (softend) in a large mixing bowl beat together until smooth
Mix 1 1/4 cups of sugar together
Put 1/3 cup whipping cream
Mix 2 tablespoons of all- purpose flour
Mix 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Beat in 4 eggs , one at a time!
Pour 1/3 of batter into prepared pan
Top with 1 1/2 cups of cookie peaces
Pour in remaining, put in oven and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 mins
Mix together combine 16 oz of sour cream, 1/4 cup of sugar & 1teaspoon vanilla.. After the cake is done cooking take it out of the over and spread mixture onto it evenly
Continue baking for 7mins, turn off oven and leave in oven for 30 mins , remove cheese cake and let it cool completely
Combine 1cup whipping cream and 1 1/2chocolate chips in sauce pan then stir till chocolate melts then stir 1 teaspoon of vanilla in
Pour mixture over cheese cake whaile still warm, refrigerate till serving time, should be refrigerated for 8 hours remove about 1/2 hour to a hour before serving
Take out of springform pan, decorate how you'd like, I kept it I'm the pan for a whole after I put the Oreos on just so it would say neat on top. You can do differently if you would like!
