INGREDIENTS
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Then set up your area.
Prepare
Slice up the bread and then cut into cubes sized pieces.
This is about 8 cups worth of bread.
4 cups measuring cup.
My measuring cup measures only to 4 cups so to reach the 7 cups I just refilled it to the 3 cup line a second time.
Set out all your ingredients.
Add your ingredients to the soy milk.
Stir.
Add bread pieces to a large bowl or cooking pot.
Coat the bread with the 4 cups of soy milk mixture.
Then add the second 3 cups of soy milk mixture. Let it soak in for five minutes pressing it down with the spoon as you wait.
Get ready to transfer to your cooking pan or baking dish.
OK it's time for the oven.
The baking time will be approximately 55 minutes to an hour and five minutes or till light golden brown.

- 7.0c Soy milk
- 2.0tsp Vanilla extract
- 1.0pch Salt
- 1/4c Sugar
- 2.0Tbsp Maple syrup
- 1.0 Loaf of stale italian bread or any type bread
- 1/3c Chocolate chips
- 1/3c Walnuts
- 1.0Tbsp Cinnamon
- 2.0tsp Pumpkin spice sugar
