How to make chocolate chip pumpkin squares
Delicious pumpkin squares with semi sweet chocolate chips in it. Perfect for the fall! Also for thanksgiving parties or delightful snacks. Make these and you wont regret it! :)

INGREDIENTS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray bottom and sides of a 9-by-3-inch baking pan with Canola spray
Get all your supplies and ingredients out
Add the 1 tablespoon of pumpkin-pie spice to the mixing bowl of flour in it
Then add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 3/4 teaspoon of salt to the bowl. After you do this, set mixing bowl aside.
With an electric mixer, cream 1 cup of butter and 1 1/4 cup sugar on medium-high speed until smooth; beat in vanilla until combined
Next beat in the large egg
Beat in the cup of pumpkin puree
Mixture may appear curdled
Next mix in the dry ingredients on low speed until combined
Fold in the 12 ounces of semi sweet chocolate chips
Spread batter evenly in prepared pan
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes and check with a toothpick to make sure it is thoroughly cooked
Wait for it to completely cool then cut into 24 squares and enjoy :)
- 2.0c All-Purpose flour
- 1.0Tbsp Pumpkin-pie spice

- 1/4c Sugar
- 1.0 Large egg
- 2.0tsp Vanilla extract
- 1.0c Canned pumpkin puree
- 12.0oz Semisweet chocolate chips
