Add the chocolate chips and brown sugar to the mixture. When stirring, use the 'flat' or hard side of your stirring device to crush lumps of brown sugar against the edges of the bowl.

Place them into the oven for around twenty minutes. To judge if they're ready, check their colour. You want them looking a lovely golden shade.

When taking them out of the oven be sure to use oven mitts. If some are joined together than that's all right, just gently split them apart.

Evaluation: They were a bit burnt on the bottom and could have been taken out of the oven/moved during the baking process. It also lacked enough chocolate chips so I will be sure to add more next time
