How to make chocolate chip cookie sandwiches

add cookie mix into a mixing bowl

add butter and an egg into the mix and use a mixer until a consistency that you are comfortable with

after mixed, take a spoon to make sure everything is off the side and bottom and mix it again

roll or place the dough into the right size cookies you want them to be. make sure they are placed far enough away from each other.

preheat the oven to 375 degrees. once preheated, place the cookies into the oven for 15-18 minutes.

once done, take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool. if they attach together use a fork or knife to separate them.

once cooled place cookies on a plate, and add frosting to cookies

add frosting to a cookie and try to find the same size cookie to place on top of to make a perfect cookie sandwich

once done adding frosting to cookies, enjoy them with your family and friends!
