First gather all your ingredients.
In a large bowl, add the salted butter, light brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
Then use an electric mixer to cream the ingredients together.
Once the ingredients are mixed, beat in the flour 1 cup at a time until you no longer see chunks of brown sugar.
Add in sweetened condensed milk and mix together.
Stir in 2 cups of miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips.
After all the ingredients are mixed cover the bowl with tin foil and refrigerate until dough is firm. It should take at least an hour or more for the dough to be firm.
After an hour you want to check on the dough to see if it is firm, If so it is ready.
Use a small cookie scooper to scoop out the dough.
Roll the dough into small balls. Place on a wax paper cookie sheet. Then take all of them back into the refrigerator until you are ready to dip them in chocolate.
Use a spoon to stir frequently until smooth.
Once your chocolate is ready you can take the dough balls and use a spoon to dip them into the chocolate and roll them around until all sides are covered.
Place the chocolate covered dough balls on a sheet of wax paper. Repeat with the rest of the dough balls.
Sprinkle and decorate the top with any desired toppings. Keep them refrigerated until ready to serve.
