Preheat the oven to 190 and grease an ovenproof dish
Mix the cinnamon with the sugar until combined
Whisk the eggs and milk and leave to stand
Cut the brioche rolls in half and butter each slice, then make a layer at the bottom of the dish
Put a handful of raisins and a third of the sugar over the top of the layer of brioche
Repeat this so you have 3 layers
Pour the egg and milk mixture over the top and bake for 30 to 45 minutes
When it's golden and slightly crisp serve hot :) I don't think it needs anything with it but custard is nice if you want to use something
