Make Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins W/ PB Frosting

INGREDIENTS
Preheat your oven to 350°F
Put the paper liners in your muffin pan
Melt the 1/3 cup of butter in a small bowl for about 45+ seconds
Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl
In the other large bowl, use a fork or potato masher to mash the bananas
Combine the sugar, egg and melted butter with the mashed bananas
Pour the banana mixture into the flour mixture and mix together
Add the chocolate chips into the batter and stir gently
Scoop the batter into the muffin pan 3/4 full
Put the muffin pan in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes
Take the muffins out and let them cool
With the mixer, combine the 1/4 cup of softened butter with the peanut butter in a large bowl
Gradually add in the powdered sugar
Once it starts to get thick, add the milk-- a little bit at a time
Mix for at least 3 minutes until the frosting is fluffy
Scoop the frosting into a plastic bag and cut off a small end to pipe onto the muffins
After the muffins cool, gently squeeze the frosting bag on the muffins as you go in a circular motion
