Gather all your supplies
Preheat oven to 350
Mix sugar and oil together at a medium speed. Until blended
Add in the egg while the mixer is still going
Add in banana once the egg is mixed in
Once banana is mashed. Add in the sour cream
Add in vanilla
Add baking soda
Add salt
Gradually add in the flour while mixer is still moving at a medium speed
Turn off mixer and fold in the chocolate chips
Grease and flour your pan
Pour batter in the pan
Bake for about 40 minutes
Place on wire rack to cool for about 5 minutes
