Grease and line a traybake tin of about 30x23x4 cm

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C  (gas mark 4)

Put all the ingredients into a bowl. (Sorry for the bad picture!)

Whisk with a hand held electric mixer until evenly blended

Take a spatula...

...And pour mixture into the tin and then spread it out evenly

Bake in the oven for approx 40 minuyes or 30 in a fan oven. If they are browning too much you can put foil over them for the last 10 minutes in the oven.

Leave to cool in the tin and then cut into squares :D
