Measure 1/2 cup of gluten free rolled oats and pour in a bowl

Measure and add to bowl, 1/3 cup of raw almond slivers

Pour 1/2 cup of raw almond butter into measuring cup. Heat in microwave for 30-45 seconds to melt it

Add  2 tablespoons of organic honey to melted almond butter  Add 1 tablespoon of organic 100% pure maple syrup to measuring cup as well

Form mixture into 11-12 one inch size balls and sit them aside

Now time to form a seed mixture to roll the bites in for added nutrition  In a separate bowl, add 1 tablespoon of organic chia seeds

Here's the finished product.   I rolled one with some coconut and seeds too just to see how I liked it.

Wrap them in parchment paper and place in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes before enjoying. Store them in the refrigerator.
