Next add in 1cup of rolled oats to the mixture

Put in 125g of butter and 1/4 of a cup of golden syrup in a different bowl

This is what it will look like. Mix in the butter that has not melted

Pour it into the dry ingredients we prepared earlier

Add in 1/2 a teaspoon of bi-carb soda

Then add in 1/2 a cup of shredded coconut

Mix it all together

Also use your hands

The mixture sound feel moist and look a little like ours

Grab the chocolate of your choosing. If you don't have chocolate chips like us, break up other chocolate. We used fredo frogs

It should look a little like this

We decided to use both white and milk chocolate. Make sure it adds up to 1 cup of chocolate

Add that into the mixture

Mix it in

The final mixture should look like this

Grab a small hand full of mixture

Make it into a ball and squash it down

This is 15 biscuits. You will have more mixture to make around 10 more

Place it into your oven. Your biscuits will take 8 to 10 minute or until golden brown

Take it out of the oven. Use a oven mitten so you don't burn yourself. Leave them to cool for around 5 minutes
