Quickly broil pork belly in hot water to simmer off those dirty greasy part you don't want

Rinse pork belly in cold water to clean up

Chops all the carrots & turnips into small cubes

Bring a large pot if water to boil & put to pork belly in, let the 'soup' boil in medium heat for 30 min

Add the rest of the turnips, carrots into the pork belly soup & bring to boil for 20 min. Once this is done, let the soup simmer in small heat for 45 min.

When the soup is almost done, add in the lily bulbs & simmer for another 5-10 min.

This Chinese soup should be serve hot
