INGREDIENTS
All of the ingredients that we will use :)
Prepare the ingredients that we will put it on the fish : Ginger,paprika,garlic
Put the ingredients over the fish then let them into the refrigerator at least one hour
Fry the onions
Add the carrot
Add the baharat to make it tasty and a little of salt , don't forget also to add the chopped pepper
Once maturity, add the water and amount of tomato paste, ketchup and soy sauce،، stir them and let it for 2 minutes ,, if u see it like soup put amount of cornstratch to make it thick
We need now to fry the fish but we must follow some steps before that :D ,, start by put amount of flour and black pepper into a plate ,, stir them
Cover them with the mixture from both sides then fry it
Put the fish into the tomato mixture and stir them well ,, serve it with a white rice if you want
