Garlic
Mince it!
Two long cucumbers...this makes a lot so if you only want to try this dish just use one
Slice vertically
Then two more vertical slices
Chop into about 1 inch pieces

Add water to cover the cucumbers
Add a tablespoon of salt, and rub it into the cucumbers
Let them marinate for about 15 minutes
After 15 minutes, drain the salty water
Add the minced garlic
A little bit of vinegar
Add the same amount of soy sauce as you did the vinegar
Some sugar
Add a drizzle of sesame oil to make it nice and aromatic
Mix well and you are done! Ready to enjoy, healthy, flavorful take on a cucumber salad!
