For shortcut, I use cooked rotisserie chicken from the store, take off the skin and chop up chicken.
For 2 pizzas, put about 2 cups of chopped chicken, place in zip bag and pour enough sauce to cover chicken to marinade. Dice celery.
I use Jiffy Pizza box mix. Boboili ready made pizza crust is great to use too.
I make 2 crusts at a time. This is how it looks after mixing. I spray my spatula with oil spray to before stirring. Cover with a cloth. Dough rises in about 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 420 degrees.
Dough is ready.
Very important! Spray pizza pans. Spread out dough and place in oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Loosen the crust from pan before putting ingredients on crust.
Cover crust with Ranch dressing enough for your desired taste.
Spread chopped celery.
Spread cheese. Amount is by your desire of taste.
Use spatula to take pizza off the pan to place pizza directly on rack.
Place pizza on rack. Cook for 10 minutes.
Ready to serve. Hope you enjoy it.
We still love your pizza and love sharing it with our friends.
