Pour a cup of water in the crockpot to keep the chicken moist
I put the chicken in the crockpot at 12, set it on the 6 hour mark, then ran errands. When I came home, I started getting the other ingredients together
Rice cooker
Lime, cilantro, Basmati rice
Pour in the rice and water, and squeeze in the lime. Give it a little stir. Turn on the rice cooker and let it do it's thang
Black beans, corn, avocado, tomato
Bake the tortillas in the oven for about 10 minutes at 375 degrees, or until golden brown
When the chicken is done, throw it in the mixer to shred it. Turn the speed on 2 for about 10 seconds for perfectly shredded meat. Or shred it with a fork
All the condiments. Layer all the ingredients in the taco bowl shells and enjoy :-)
