INGREDIENTS
Wash 1 stalk celery
Wash strawberries in sink
Place walnuts on chopping board then place quick chop over nuts. Push the top done to coarsely chop nuts
Place skillet on burner
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to pan
Season chicken with salt and pepper
Add chicken to skillet seasoned side down
Season top side with salt and pepper
Place clean skillet onto burner
Toast walnuts in skillet for 5 minutes
Set skillet on a pot holder to allow walnuts to cool
Peel cheese stick
Carefully using cut guiding tool, knife, and cutting board slice the cheese stick into small circles
Carefully using cutting board and knife cut the tops off of strawberries
Carefully using cut guiding tool, knife, and cutting board slice the strawberries into thin slices
Carefully using knife and cutting board finely slice celery
Set table with plates, forks, napkins, and cups
Build your salad. Layer spinach, celery, chicken, strawberries, walnuts. Use a vinegarette dressing
