  • 1.0 Leftover chicken carcass
  • 2.0 Stalks Celery
  • 2.0 Carrots
  • 1.0 Onion
  • 1.0Tbsp Garlic
  • 1.0c White wine or white cooking wine
  • Water (half a pot full)
  • Salt to taste
