INGREDIENTS
Gather your supplies, plus milk. I'm going for a spicier version so I'm using chipotle seasoning. Goes with the queso blanco velveeta nicely
Start heating a pan on medium high and add some Pam
Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces
Add seasonings
Cook chicken until no longer pink
Measure out 1 cup milk & 1 cup water
Add just the shells to the pan. I let them cook for a minute.
Add milk/water solution. Bring to a mild boil
Use this time to clean your supplies 😁
Should look like this in a minute or two. Put the lid on and reduce the heat to medium.
Set a timer for 15 mins
Start cutting up the vegetables.

Add all of the vegetables into the pan and mix everything together. Return the lid.
Set a timer for five minutes
Now add the cheesy goodness
Mix everything together
Finished product! So good 😋
- 1.0lb Chicken breast of chicken
- 1.0c Broccoli
- 1.0c Baby carrots
- 1.0 Velveeta and shells
- 1.0c Milk
- 1.0c Water
- 2.0tsp Seasoned salt
- Pan with a lid
