Make Chicken Salad With Cilantro Lime Dressing

INGREDIENTS
In kitchen sink wash lettuce. Make sure to spread apart the leaves to get any trapped dirt.
In kitchen sink wash tomatoes.
In kitchen sink wash avocados.
In kitchen sink wash limes.
Place skillet on burner.
Add 1 teaspoon olive oil.
Place chicken in skillet.
Make sure to wash your hands with soap and water after touching the raw chicken.
Cook chicken one both sides until chicken is done ( no longer pink in the center).
Place cooked chicken on a clean plate.
Carefully using cutting board,fork, and knife cut the chicken into bit sized pieces.
On a cutting board using the knife cute the tomatoes in half. Set aside in a bowl.
On a clean cutting board using the knife chop the lettuce into small bite size pieces. Set aside in a large bowl.
Take out blender.
Add lime juice to blender.
Add agave to blender.
Add rice vinegar to blender.
Add cilantro to blender.
Add garlic cloves to blender.
Add salt to blender.
Add pepper to blender.
Put lid on blender.
Press pulse until cilantro is finely chopped.
Take small center circle attachment off lid.
Turn blender on low.
Slowly add olive oil to blender.
Blend for 20 seconds or until the vinaigrette is smooth.
Build salad in bowls 1.Lettuce 2.Tomatoes 3.Corn 4.Avocado 5.Chicken 6.Cheese 7.Dressing

- 1 lb Chicken breast
- 2 Heads romaine lettuce
- 1 Pint grape tomatoes
- 1 Cup corn
- 2 Avocados
- 4 oz Feta cheese
- Lime Cilantro Vinaigrette
- 3 Tsp Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Agave
- 3 Tbsp Rice Vingar
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
