INGREDIENTS
Place the capsicum, iceberg lettuce and baby cucumber on the chopping board
Cut them up with the knife like so
Grate the carrot into a bowl
Place chicken tenderloins in the frying pan and cook until white all the way through
Use the tongs to turn the chicken over
When cooked place the chicken on a chopping board
Leave chicken to cool then cut it into small pieces
Place the rice paper in the bowl of water so all of its surface is covered, leave until it is soft
Then place the rice paper on a plate so you can put on the things you want
Place the chicken on first
Then add lettuce on top of that
Then add cucumber on top of that
Then add Capsicum on top of that
Then finally add the grated carrot
Hold your food tight and roll it over once
Then fold over the edges
Finally roll it over one more time so the rice paper covers all the filling
Repeat the process for the rest of the rolls and place them on a place to serve
Pour the sweet chilli sauce into a small bowl and your ready to serve!

- 3.0 Chicken tenderloins cut up into thin strips
- 1/4 Lettuce cut into thin strips
- 1.0 Carrot grated
- 1.0 Small red capsicum sliced
- 1.0Tbsp Sweet chilli sauce to serve
- 2.0 Baby cucumber sliced
- 1.0 Large bowl of warm water
- 2.0 Large plates
- 2.0 Sharp knives
- 2.0 Chopping boards
- 1.0 Vegetable peeler
- 1.0 Vegetable grater
- 2.0 Medium sized bowls
- 1.0 Small serving dish for the sweet chilli sauce
- 1.0 Set of tongs
