Place biscuits in a muffin tin. Press down to make it like a cup.
Mix all other ingredients in one bowl. Precise measurements are not necessary. I used the left over chicken from the whole chicken I cooked the night before and just shredded it.
Fill the biscuits generously.
I also made little ramekins for more authentic individual potpies
Bake at 400degrees for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!

- 1.0 Mixed frozen vegetables bag
- 1.0 Low sodium cream of chicken (can)
- 1.0c Shredded or cubed chicken (cooked)
- 1/2c Shredded Cheese (Cheddar recommended)
