STEPS
INGREDIENTS
take 2 cups white flour
add half teaspoon salt...
2 tbsp yeast
add 2 tbsp oil
beat 2 eggs add it to mixture
take warm water.. more than Luke warm but not boiling
mix the mixture properly
with that sugar water .. slightly hot water knead this mixture to form crust
cover it properly with plastic
if u want better results than give it some packing and after that cover it properly with plastic and tie some ribbon or thread or elastic to secure it so that no air enters it and place before heater
now for topping take chicken and form cubes
fry
add ground chilliz
now add pinch of oregano,paprika and rosemary each
meanwhile form cubes of capsicum and onion as well sorry I forgot to take pic of onions
now add water to that chicken mixture to cook
chop onion and garlic
sauté
chicken is done
onions are done
add onions to chicken
add salt
black pepper and vinegar
chicken is done for topping
grate cheese
remove plastic from dough and u can see that it is doubled in size
knead it with help of dry flour
grease pan and spread dough on it
I made another mixture of dough
and another tray
cover trays with plastic again and place in front of heater...it will rise again.. and form thick crust..if u skip this step it is going to form thin crust as it wont rise that much
after 10 to 15 min remove platic
with help of fingers make this
add sweet sauce
add chilli sauce (follow my other guide)
more and spread
add cheese and then add chicken mixture
cut tomatoes and remove seeds
sorry i forgot to take pic with capsicum and tomatoes before placing in oven
ready :) n yes if your husband dont like tomatoes like my husband than surely skip tomatoes :)
