Add in Chicken Broth
Put Aniseed and Cinnamon into canisters.
Half an onion, with garlic and ginger.
Scoop out the impurities (fat, oil, etc.)
Let the clear(er) broth simmer for 30 minutes.
Dice onion and green onions
Strip meats
Boil & rinse rice noodles
Portion out a single serving of rice noodles into a bowl. Microwave it for 40 seconds so that it won't cool down the soup, once it's been added.
Put in your meats, on top of the rice noodles.
Pour in the chicken Pho broth, add mint, basil, bean sprouts, etc. Stir generously.
Add some Sriracha (spicy) and Hoisin (sweet-salty) sauce for flavor. Use a dipping bowl to dip your meats in for every bite!
