Cut the middle part of your chicken (you going to insert the ham in the middle)
Placed the ham and add cheese on it. Then start to roll it.
It should look like this.
Insert the ham roll onto the middle part of the chicken.
Secure the side with tooth pick.
Coat the chicken with the flour.
Coat it with beaten egg.
Roll it in the bread crumb and baked at 425F for 25-30 min.
Melt butter and add 2 tablespoon of flour. Mix everything well.
Add 1 cup of milk, worcheshire, chicken stock, and djon mustard in it. Then add shredded cheese. Continue stir until everything mix.

- 3.0 Pieces Swiss cheese or shreded cheese
- 1.0Tbsp Flour
- 1.0 Egg beaten
- 1.0c Bread crumb
- Few of tooth picks
- 2.0Tbsp Butter
- 2.0Tbsp Flour
- 1.0tsp Djon mustard
- 1.0tsp worcheshire
- 1.0Tbsp Chicken stock
- 1.0c Of milk
- 1/2c Shreded Pepper jack cheese
