Cut boneless chicken into bite size pieces
Add 4-5 tablespoons of corn starch
Add 1 table spoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoons vinegar
Add 1 egg
Add 2-3 tablespoons of red chilli powder and 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and salt to taste
Mix well..
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces
You could enjoy the crispy chicken right away or to make them more spicy check out the next step
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add a little chopped garlic for flavor
And the chili garlic sauce, this is what I used a Vietnamese sauce, I can't live without this in my house
Add in the chicken to the pan and add the sauce. I added 3 tablespoons, you can according to your taste. Mix well
Add done.. It makes a good appetizer..
