Add your chia seeds and honey to the bowl and mix well. Spraying the spoon with cooking spray will help as this mix is very sticky!

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon out your dough. Use a fork and press each ball down so it will cook evenly. Bake for 13 minutes or until crispy.
