How to make chia fresca

Start with 3 lemons, 1 lime, a knob of Tumeric & Ginger Root.

Peel & Juice the lemons, lime, Tumeric & ginger. *You can also blend all the contents in a blender if you don't have a juicer but you will want to use a colander to strain the juice.

Add juice to a large pitcher & fill the rest with purified water. You have now made your concentrated chia base. You can pull from this to make your chia fresca or simply warm up for a hot beverage.

Pour your base into a shaker cup. Add 1 Tbsp of chia seeds.

Fill the rest with purified water and leave some room on top for shaking it up. Put the lid on you jar and shake up the drink so the juice and seeds really mix together.

You'll want to shake it up every couple minutes for about 20-30 minutes so the seeds don't clump.
