INGREDIENTS
Mix flour and baking powder and put aside
In a separate bowl mix together eggs, sugar, honey
Put on a double boiler with low heat and stir constantly about 15 minutes
After peaks appear on top of the batter take off the heat, add baking soda
Add butter and stir until melted
You should end up with such a smooth and glossy batter
Now step by step add the flour mixture and mixed until soft dough
This is how it should be. Wrap and put in the fridge at about 2-3 hours
After the dough has chilled and is firm enough, take out of the fridge and divide into 3 equal parts
Role out each part and cut 5 equal strips
Put the dried fruit in one line( mine are cherries , but you can use whatever fruit u like
Role them and thigh the edges firmly.
Put into the baking tin in the order shown in the picture( greased and lined with parchment paper)
Bake ar 180c for 20 minutes. You should end up with having three layers.
For the frosting mixed together sour cream, sugar and vanilla until smooth
Pour over each layer and cover with your favourite ganache
