Make filling: Mix 8 oz of Cream Cheese, 1 egg, 1/3 cup of Sugar, 1/8 tsp. Salt, 6-8 oz of Chocolate Chips together in a mixing bowl and set aside.
Cherry Chocolate Cake: Pre-Heat the oven to 350* in a mixing bowl add 1/2c butter, qty 3 one oz. squares of Unsweetened Chocolate, 2c. Sugar, 2 Eggs, 1c. Water, 2 1/4c. Flour, Next Page....
1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/4c Milk, 1 tsp White Vinegar, 1tsp Vanilla, 1/2c Chopped Cherry Man Maraschino Cherries. Mix ingredients, be sure to not over mix or your cupcakes will fall.
Bake for approx. 15 min or until a toothpick comes out of the cake clean. Allow to cool, add whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles, and a Maraschino Cherry on top. Serves 24
To make the Crumble- Take two cupcakes out of wrappers, crumble into dish, add whipped cream, sprinkles and a Cherry Man Maraschino Cherry on top. Serve and enjoy!

- 3.0oz 3 1oz squaresn of Unsweetened Chocolate
