Fry in 2-3 tbsp oil on medium heat until browned. You can also bake at 375 deg until golden brown (about 20-25 mins)

  • 2.0 Boiled potatoes (medium)
  • 4.0 Cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Small onion, finely chopped
  • 2.0Tbsp Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2tsp Dried oregano
  • 2.0Tbsp Plain flour
  • 1.0 Egg
  • Salt & red chili flakes ( according to your taste)
  • 4.0 Mozzarella sticks
