INGREDIENTS

Dice potato into small squares (enough to put some cheese in between them)

Take 2 small pieces of potatoes and put a pinch of cheese in between the potatoes

Then put the potatoes into individual foil packets but right before you put them in the oven put a tablespoon of butter of butter on the potatoes

Then put them in the oven at 300 for 50 minutes

Once they come out let them cool then top them with more shredded cheese bacon and jalapeño's and enjoy

  • 5 russet potatoes
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded colby jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 2 jalapeno's
  • 1/2 cup of diced bacon
