How to make cheesy buffalo chicken dip

INGREDIENTS
Gather ingredients. I boiled 2 chicken breasts & chopped up with food chopper.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Toss chicken & Frank's RedHot sauce.
Add cheddar cheese, lemon juice, & mayonnaise.
Stir well. I added a few extra splashes of Frank's! (optional) I LOVE spicy! β¨
Spread into a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. Lightly coat with cooking spray.
Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.
Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until bubbling & golden brown.
Should look like this. Serve warm.
After making this with finely chopped chicken...shredded or cubed might be better!
Serve with Tortilla or Pita chips. ENJOY!! ββ€ππΆπ
- 2.0c Diced or shredded chicken
- 0.0c Frank's RedHot Sauce
- 1.0c Hellmann's Mayonnaise
- 1.0 Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 1.0tsp Lemon juice
- 0.0c Blue cheese crumbles
