How to make cheesecake-stuffed peaches

Summertime means loads of peaches, here is a quick & easy dessert using this summer fruit.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash peaches & skin them.

Cut peaches in half & remove pit.   You may need to cut a bit off bottom so they can sit level in the pan.

Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on both sides of peaches.  Set aside.

In a medium bowl add all other ingredients.
