Get your bread dough. It can either be homemade or store-bought. I used homemade. You can get the recipe of mine in my guide How to Make Abigail Stanton’s Bread! 😉

Dust the dough with flour, and roll with rolling pin

Roll it until flat, a bit like for pizza

Get a round cookie cutter or a glass, either way work fine

Cut in round shapes. Repeat with all the dough

Place in a dish

Grab a circle, lay it flat over your palm. Stretch it a little, so it gets larger on the sides

Add a spoon of cheese, either muzzarela or another cheese that works fine for melting

Right there

Close the roll, picking up the sides, and joining them on top.

Place on an oiled baking sheet. Repeat with the rest


Make sure that the rolls are pressed against each other, so they’ll rise upward instead of sideways

There. Now, allow the dough to rise for at least 10 minutes

In the meanwhile, heat some butter in a saucepan

There, bubbling butter.

In a bowl, combine chia seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and salt.

Brush the melted butter over the rolls

There, shiny shiny

Spread seed and salt mixture over the rolls. Set to bake in low oven until toasted.

There. Place on cooling rack, serve and enjoy!
