INGREDIENTS
Gather ingredients for the crust
Mix 3.5 cups of flour and 1 cup of whole wheat flour
Add 4 tsp of yeast
Add 1 Tbs of honey
Pour in 1 2/3 cup warm water
Knead for 5 minutes
Form a ball
Let it rest for 20 minutes
Gather ingredients for the pizza
Preheat the oven to 230C (440F)
Divide the dough into pizza size pieces
Roll the dough out to about 3 cm (1 in) larger than the pizza stone size.
Place pizza dough onto pizza stone
Place cheese sticks around the edge of the pizza
Cover the cheese sticks with the extra dough, forming the stuffed edge
Brush the stuffed edge with olive oil
Sprinkle garlic salt on top of the stuffed edges
Spread it with pizza sauce
Top with shredded cheese
And 1/2 cup bacon
Bake until golden brown
